HR TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
(Placement : HO Jakarta)
JOB PURPOSE
• Support all training program
• Preparing training material/tools/methods training
• Coordinating with the other department to organize training
• Make training report
• Conduct psychological test and interview session, etc

QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum Bachelor of
sychology Education
• Have 2 years experience in Training & Development in mining contracting companies.
• Understand the concepts of training and development, especially concepts in the mining business sector
• Good communication, performance and interpersonal skills
• Diligent and humble
• Able to operate computers well (Microsoft office)
• Able to conduct psychological test administration, including scoring
• Wiling to travel if required
