Bridging the gap between HC System Dept and the stakeholder using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.

Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, software engineering, Business Administration, Statistical, Mathematical or a related discipline with GPA 3.0 of 4.0

ENVIROMENTAL ENGINEER
(Assignment: Tabang Project, Kalimantan)
Develop, monitor and evaluate Environment Management Plan, standard, process and procedures to enhance HSE performance within in term of preventing environmental pollution and others issues related with environmental accident, ensure all permit is proper, comply with government regulations and environmental continuous improvements in order to deliver operations excellence in the organization.

Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor degree in any disciplin, preferably from Environmental, Chemical Engineering, Forestry
• Min. 2 years experiences in same field

Purpose: 
– To involve in development and operation of many oil and gas fields in its business units.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Supervise and support all onshore well intervention, slickline/wireline, P&A operations; ensuring that well site condition, materials, equipment and personnel movements/requirements are provided in a safe, cost effective, and an environmentally responsible manner, adhering to all company core values, corporate fiduciary requisites and policies, and in-country legislation. • Ensure that all potential emergency contingency materials are available.

JS:
Research, develop, and implement industrial processes from raw materials that result in the desired final products within the manufacturing process. Solve organizational and production related problems efficiently using the fundamentals of design, engineering / quality tools, data analysis, and technology. Implementing new processes and technologies to accommodate new product instructions, increase capacity, improve efficiency, and reduced costs. 1. Identify opportunities to optimize and standardize products and processes and initiate plans that drive improved performance.
2. Create proposals, and create design for potential project in improving manufacturing process, and effectively communicate idea to upper management level.
3. Provide technical assistance to operating departments to implement changes for process improvements.
4. Maintain quality service by following organization quality system standards within the manufacturing process, including material handling improvements, and safety procedures.
5. Compete duties assigned by upper management level.
6. Analyze data from various sources within the manufacturing process to identify trends in build quality and efficiency.
7. Responsible for diagnosing situational-operational problems found within manufacturing process and drive corrective action, recommending remedial measures.

Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate and support Project Engineer and all subordinates performance periodically and recommend and take actions for continuous improvement.
• Oversee the research and development of new programs and procedures, designs and implements Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), Working Instruction, cost effective, safety and reliability to help improve quality program.
• Ensure planning, scheduling and cost control for department are in accordance with target set by management.
