We are urgently looking for highly qualified, talented, dynamic, productive and independent personnel to fill in the challenging position:

1. Senior Auditor :
Job Responsibilities :
• Coordinate with all sections in the HO, WS and Project to obtain data and documents related to the company’s operations to be analyzed and become material for audit planning.
• Preparing and recapitulate the results of the data to be audited.
• Analyzing financial transactions from each operational location, which is HO, WS and Project. Ensuring that the financial recording process runs within a reasonable and reasonable amount
• Analyze financial transactions as the basic material for audits implementation.
• Ensuring that the result paper work of audit is completed with relevant supporting documents.
• Doing commercial audit duties and ethics given with the team.
• Making working paper the results of the audit and give it to the supervisor.

Requirement :
• Male, with max. Age 35 years old
• Min. S1 any field, preferably Accounting, Management
• Min. Experience 5 years in the same position
• Have an experience as Quantity Surveyor (QS)
• Having knowledge about accountancy or have an experience work at KAP (Kantor Akuntan Publik)
• Expert Ms. Office
• Strong analytical and good team work
• Fluent in english (spoken and written)
• Willing to travel around project and workshop

2. Project Manager
Job Responsibilities :
• Managing project resources such as: Budget, HR, Equipment and Project equipment.
• Managing project costs, quality and schedule, and ensure there are no work accidents in the project.
• Reviews and make project progress reports, so that they are in accordance with the specified time limit, and inform the project progress to customers
• Responsible for all commercial and technical aspects related to contracts and amendments when the project starts until completion.

Requirement :
• Male, max 52 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Power) or equivalent
• Having min 15 year experience in Onshore project in Oil and Gas Industry; min. 5 year experience working as Project Manager (preferable experience in pulp and paper fabric)
• Able to leading teams and project successfully
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management and client
• Good command in English both written and spoken
• Experience negotiating, managing, and implementing EPC Contracts
• Ability to thoughtfully and positively influence, lead, and manage change
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Fluent in English, Mandarin (will be high advantage)
• Having knowledge and understanding of the drawings and specifications, general contract and subcontract documents, materials, means and methods.
• Strong analytical skills, Problem Solving and Solution Oriented.
• Have a good knowledge related to the Legal and regulatory aspects of the company, review contracts, permits legal, administrative court and legal documents.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

3. PPC (Production Planning Control)
Job Responsibilities 
• Compile project plan and monitor the project.
• Managing and facilitating project plans / schedules, daily meetings, retrospectives and arranging meeting schedules.
• Controlling project costs, quality, and schedule.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager in relation to updating project progress and project plans.

Requirement:
• Max. age 45 years old
• Min. S1 Engineering or equivalent
• Have min.5 – 6 years of working experience in Oil & Gas/ Construction company or Fabrication
• Expert in Ms. Office; Ms. Project
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Having knowledge and understanding of the drawings and specifications, general contract and subcontract documents, materials, means and methods.
• Having experience in preparing the technical & commercial proposals.
• Expert in Ms. Project and S. Curve.
• Willing to be located at Project

4. QMR Supervisor
Job Responsibilities 
• Ensuring the implementation of the Procedure for Controlling Quality Documents and Quality Records
• Ensure the implementation of the Performance Management System (PMS) of company
• Attract or destroy documents that have expired
• Accepting or rejecting Proposals for Documents (PFD) if they are incomplete and appropriate.
• Accepting or rejecting the collection of KPI Reporting from the department if it is not in accordance with the provisions.
• Reviewing the Quality Document Master List
• Reviewing the PFD submission documents that are complete and appropriate
• Ensuring that the CPAR is completed on time in accordance with the settlement target and the applicable provisions
• Preparing the annual Office Strategy Management (OSM) work plan
• Assisting OSM implementation throughout the Department

Requirement :
• max 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Power) or equivalent
• Having min 5 year experience in the same field
• Experience in management systems ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001
• Experience in performance management systems (KPI, BSC, dll)
• Understand the strategy design system (Analysis EFE & EFI, SWOT, dll)
• Understand the basic design of company information systems (Enterprise Resource Planning – ERP)
• Expert in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power point &Visio)
• Having leadership skills

5. Electrical Engineer
Job Responsibilities 
• Ensuring that all preparation specification Electrical are in accordance with the client specification and international standards and Achievement of personal KPI.
• Makes and Preparing Electrical analysis, Electrical Specification, Data Sheet.
• Reviewing and check vendor document.

Requirement:
• Male, max age 37 years
• Min. Diploma Degree from Engineering
• Have min. 4 years of experience in the same position at EPCI Company
• Familiar with Autocad
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Will be place at Project

6. Civil Engineer
Requirement:
• Male, max age 37 years
• Min. Diploma Degree from Engineering
• Have min. 4 years of experience in the same position at EPCI Company
• Familiar with Autocad
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Will be place at Project

7. HSSE Coordinator
Requirement :
• Male, with max. age 40 years old
• Min. Bachelor degree any mayor, preferably Engineering , Occupational Health and Safety or extensive related field experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Have min. 3 – 5 years of experience with the same position in Oil & Gas/ Construction company or Fabrication.
• Certified in K3 (general)
• Good command in English both written and spoken
• Computer literate
• Ready to face high pressure jobs, strong analytical.

8. Electrical & Instrument Estimator
Job Responsibilities :
• Understand technical requests from the inquiry
• Makes MTO to find material prices (electrical-instrument)
• Looking for prices according to the MTO above
• Checking whether the vendor’s price offer is in accordance with the inquiry request
• Makes the technical review and classification techniques with clients
• Following the invitation of aanwijzing & technical reviews
• Understanding Scope of Work EPCI Projects

Requirement :
• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineer
• Min. 3 years of working experience in the same position in Oil & Gas Industry
• Able to prepare the instrument data sheet, instrument calculation, accessories instrument/Bulk Material, TBE
• Familiar with international CODE for instrument and electrical
• Have experience in prepare the SOP or procedure for all instrument
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

9. HRGA Project
Job Responsibilities :
• Recruitment employees and improve the quality of human resource at the site
• Ensure the payroll calculation process and employee recruitment goes well
• Responsible for the policy of managing HR on the site goes well
• Foster good relations with internal and external site in order to create a conducive work environment
• Calculate employee payroll at the site and makes a report to HR Head Office
• Doing the recruitment process on site in accordance with Man Power Planning
• Carry out maintenance activities on all supporting facilities at the site
• Take care accommodation of employee leave on sites
• Doing work related to GA
• Coordinate with HR Manager HO related to existing HRGA issues in the field

Requirement :
• Max. 35 years old
• Min. S1 any field
• Have min. 3 year working of experience as HRGA in EPCI Company or Oil & Gas Contractor
• Communicative, Multitasking, high mobility, honest and initiative person
• Good Communication and negotiation skill
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Will be placed at Project
